We love coffee in the Grey household. We have a burr grinder and grind our own beans everyday. But we also like a quick cup of coffee after dinner sometimes, especially on the weekends. For those quick cups of coffee, we have a Keurig. With the expiration of Keurig’s patent in 2012, we have loved the addition of cups compatible with our Keurig. It seems that every day there is a new type of coffee to try.
We buy World Market’s Italian Roast Whole Beans and use them everyday for our morning coffee. So, while on a recent trip to World Market to buy coffee (and spend way too much time in the kitchen gadgets aisles), I saw that they had Italian Roast in cups for our Keurig!! I quickly snapped up a box, eager to try them.
They did not disappoint. The coffee was deep and rich and flavorful. Smooth with no bitterness. I love that they came in a biodegradable bag. The cups are also different than the other cups in that the plastic part is just a ring on the top and the bottom is more like a coffee filter. This is great, with less plastic to waste.
I’m very pleased and this coffee will definitely be going in my rotation.
