I keep saying I’m going to give “the classics” a try…then I head off and make some “girly” drink instead. But when I do try a classic, it’s going to be a Manhattan…my husband loves them!

    Pam,
Over lunch today we discussed cocktails. While I’m not really into more than the occasional margarita smoothie, I’d love to feel like a grown up and sample a well-made cocktail. But for now, a frozen fuzzy navel (which reminded some of the lunch guests of our college days) is gonna be where it’s at. I heart girly drinks, I suppose!
    Thanks!

Sounds delish! I don’t think I’ve ever had a Manhattan, I’ll have to try it.

Not being a huge whisky fan, I have never tried a Manhattan, butI really want to now. I think it was the cherry that did it. Oh and that made up drink you mockingly created…I’d drink that. Challenge extended. 🙂
