Life & Food Omega-3 Supreme Fish Oil Supplement

By Pam Greer 1 Comment

Life & Food Omega-3 Supreme

Even though I eat pretty healthy and exercise regularly I do take two supplements.  I take a regular multi-vitamin and a fish oil supplement.

Life & Food Omega-3 Supreme

Omega-3 Supreme 1400 mg Fish Oil Concentrate ) is every thing I look for in a fish oil supplement.  There are several  reasons why I love this fish oil.  I love that the gel capsule is a small size.  It is about the same size as my multi vitamin and is very easy to swallow.  I’ve tried some fish oils that were just too large for me to swallow comfortably.  It also does not have a fishy taste, or give you the dreaded fish burps.  Something else that is important to me is where the fish oil comes from.  This oil comes from Wild Alaskan caught Pollock in a sustainable and certified operation.  I also like that it contains the minimum amount required, since I do eat healthy, I don’t need or want mega doses of something.

Life&Food Omega-3 Supplement compared to vitamin

It is highly concentrated and pure pharmaceutical grade.  As with all supplements you want to be sure that you are getting what it says you are getting, no worries there!  This is guaranteed to be 75% Omega-3  meeting GOED standards!  GOED – The Global Organization for EPA and DHA Omega-3s was created to make sure that you are getting safe high quality Omega-3’s.  Also important to me is that this product contains NO GMO’s, gluten, egg, additives, fillers, binders, artificial ingredients, soy milk, peanut, shellfish, stearates, sulfates, dioxides, or laurates.

I take this supplement because I have lupus and want to maintain my joint health.  I feel that there is less inflammation when I regularly take a fish oil supplement and this one meets all of my requirements!
