Heaven. My mind is racing with ways to use this in a cocktail.

What a great hobby – and what a lovely liqueur, Pam! Your Rose Infused Vodka sounds amazing. Stumbled and have scheduled a pin. Thank you so much for sharing with us at the Hearth and Soul Hop.

I am using this infusion in a martini made with mandarin orange simple syrup with sakura blossoms on top. It has been a hit so far. Considering a thrid flavor profile to provide bitter.

Just had a drink in LA called Fleur de Mal. Rose vodka, grapefruit juice, a little lemon juice and a lemon slice float on ice. So refreshing. Thanks for the recipe; ordered organic rose petals.
