Hutton & Smith Brewing Company Chattanooga

A review of The Hutton & Smith Brewing Company in Chattanooga, TN.

Beer Flight from Hutton & Smith Brewing Company in Chattanooga, TN

On a Saturday in February after a photoshoot, my husband and I had a little time to kill before dinner, so we decided to check something off our Chattanooga Bucket List (a list which seems to grow by leaps and bounds every week) and visit Hutton & Smith Brewing Company in downtown Chattanooga.   We got there at 4:30 on a Saturday afternoon, and we got the last seat at the bar!  It is very small though, with a small bar area and a handful of seats by the front window.

There was so much to choose from, it was like being a kid in a candy store.  Luckily my husband and I are very similar in our beer tastes, although I admit, he has broader tastes in beer than I do.  I am pretty much an IPA fanatic.  The hoppier the better.  Along with the beer menu, they give you a sheet of paper where you write your four choices.   You can see, we chose Rope Gun Rye, Coffee IPA, Igneous IPA, and Vanilla Porterledge.

Everything was excellent!  If I had to pick a favorite if would be the Coffee IPA.  So yummy.   Very enjoyable time, will definitely be back to sample some more!
