Cranberry Prosecco Fizz | Tipsy Tuesday

By Pam Greer 17 Comments

Brandied cranberries and prosecco make a festive cocktail in this Cranberry Prosecco Fizz.

Isn’t this a pretty festive cocktail?  Even though it is so pretty and festive, it’s so easy, you don’t have to save it for a special occasion.   Two ingredients.  That’s my kind of cocktail!   The only part that involves any work is the making of the brandied cranberries.   After making brandied cranberries once, I now make sure there is always a jar in my fridge.  They last forever and go great in all sorts of cocktails.  I use them in place of maraschino cherries for a lot of my cocktails.

Cranberry Prosecco Fizz

This cocktail is so easy, I almost ashamed to type it into my recipe cards!  You basically spoon some of your brandied cranberries into a flute glass and top with your favorite Prosecco.  Here is one that we enjoy, prosecco.   You can be as generous with the cranberries as you’d like.  Elegant and delicious!

I’ve recently starting drinking Prosecco (I prefer its taste and price to Champagne) and I appreciate your simple idea here. I have some cranberries in the freezer, and I can’t wait to use them to start some brandied cranberries! Thanks!
