My new favorite shoes – Pink Sperry Top-Siders.
I admit it. I love shoes. Always have, always will. I used to wear the highest, craziest shoes I could find. I once had a pair of shoes that I bought simply because they reminded me of the shoes Daisy Duck wore. And I do mean Daisy Duck not Daisy Duke. They were these black pumps that curved up at the top instead of curving down.
However, these 50+ feet are now paying for my wild and carefree shoe days. Heels are a thing of the past. I have bunions, which I know I could have surgery on, but I can’t find a time when I have time to recuperate from something like that. So, it’s comfy flats for me now.
I live in Sperry Top-Siders – I have them in every color and pattern imaginable. So, when I saw these with a hot pink wash, I knew I had to have them. They are super comfortable and cheer me up just looking at them.
I paired them some jeans and this top that I made with vintage fabric from some old curtains. Anyone else struggle with shoes once your poor feet get old?

These are so lovely and I love the floral top you paired with it for a casual fix. I would have loved to have seen your Daisy Duck shoes, they sound so cute.

Garay Treasures
i can’t believe your top is made with old curtains – it’s so cute! I love shoes too and have had really bad plantar that wearing anything without proper support hurts. I am not sure it has to do with age but more with too much jump rope and running. I still wear heels, I just can’t give them up. Love the bright pink shoes!
Thank you for joining TBT Fashion link up and hope to see you next week. Have a great weekend!
