I’m a huge fan of berries, especially blackberries, as well as ginger beer & ale, so I will definitely be making a few of these!

I love ginger in all forms and I’m betting that this cocktail would be delicious. I haven’t had ginger beer in years – it’s so good!

it always seems so daunting to me to make cocktails from scratch and to photograph them because the ice and condensation keeps me guessing. You always come up with simple yet tasty drinks and I love each and every one that I try at home! Thanks for linking up to Saucy Saturdays this week and we hope to see yo next week too!

Great looking drink Pam. My favorite cocktail is a vodka gimlet because it’s refreshing and not too sweet. I’m loving the idea of adding muddled blackberries and mint to the mix. Yum!

The blackberries are just starting over here in the UK, so I’ll definitely be giving this refreshing, flavourful drink a try, Pam. Thank you so much for sharing with us at Hearth and Soul. Hope to see you back at the party when we return from summer break on Monday August 7th. Have a lovely week ahead!

[…] This time I decided to take my cherished blackberries and use them to infuse some vodka.  Spread the blackberry love over a drink or two.  I found this in Winter Cocktails, which is interesting because this just screams summer to me.  Again, I am so drawn to infusions.  I love something that does all the work for me.  This vodka is summer in a jar.  Also, don’t you love my Mason Tap.  If like me you use mason jars for just about everything, you will love it!!  Looking for some other things to do with your blackberries?  May I suggest – Blackberry Fence Hopper or a Blackberry Mint Ginger Fizz.
