A Cynthia Rowley white top paired with a white linen skirt. Perfect for summer. A great way to highlight the versatility of a white top.
This post was supposed to introduce you to my Cynthia Rowley white top, a fabulous find from Marshall’s for just $9.99. However, as I was uploading my photos to Smugmug, right there were photos of me already in this top. Yep, here it is: Cynthia Rowley White Top. I think the fact that I completely forgot that I’ve already posted on this top a little over a month ago – certainly sums up the “Over 50” part of my blog. I can’t remember anything if it isn’t written down. Except my blog post was written down, and published on the net and I STILL forgot!
Being ever so resourceful and quick thinking, I’ve turned this into a post about the versatility of a white top! Pretty impressive, huh? Whenever I am shopping at Marshall’s, I always zero in on white shirts and tops. They are hugely versatile and can easily go casual or dressed up. This week I’ve paired it with a white linen skirt for an all white look. It’s a lovely delicate look and I added one simple Bourbon and Boweties bangle.
On my previous post, I paired it with hot pink capris and a fun multicolored necklace for a completely different look. I plan on using it as a seasonless top. It will layer beautifully under cardigans in the fall and winter.
What’s your go to top color to always buy?

Your white top looks great with every outfit! I have about 1/2 dozen white tops in varying shapes, sizes and sleeves. They go with everything and I wear one almost every other day.
Haha .. I’m glad I’m not the only one having menopausal brain hiccups! At least we look good, right? 😀
Thanks for sharing with Fun Fashion Friday!

This top looks great on you! I rarely wear white tops because it just does not good so close to my face. Love both ways you’ve worn it!
