Spring Sweater | Fashion Over 50

French Connection Pale Pink Sweater

French Connection Pink Sweater – Found at Marshall’s!!

With this warm weather we are having, spring seems determined to arrive almost 2 months early.  One day you have incredibly warm days and the next it’s dipped below freezing!  It makes dressing difficult, especially those days where the temperature rises 30 degrees from morning till afternoon.  That’s when light spring sweaters come in handy.  Even though it may be cold in the mornings, I just don’t feel like pulling on dark, dreary, winter colors.  This pale pink and gray sweater from French Connection that I found at Marshall’s is perfect!

It is the softest pale pink, a barely there blush of pink.  It is contrasted with a soft gray on the sleeves and the back of the sweater.  The back of the sweater is also a little longer in the back.  I paired it with Lee Jeans and brown Umberto Raffini Shoes.

What I love about French Connection Sweaters (and I have several) is how soft they are.  When I am perusing the Marshall’s sweater rack, I can practically identify a French Connection sweater by feel.   I also have a black and white one that I absolutely love!
