French Connection Black Sweater | Fashion Over 50

Love my French Connection Black Sweater!

When I was a teenager, I had an old astrology book that listed all the characteristics for your sign.  While I don’t really put much belief into that sort of thing, there were several characteristics that I definitely had.  One of the was that Taurus women are very particular about their clothing.  It has to be soft and comfortable.  That was so true then (I lived in soft flannel shirts) and still true now.

You will not find anything scratchy or stiff in my closet.  I can’t wear angora or angora blends.  Whenever I am shopping at Marshall’s, I am always on the look out for French Connection shirts and sweaters.   They are so soft and comfortable and always drape so nicely.  When I took one look at this black sweater with the striped sleeves, I knew I would love it.  It is loose and flowing with a dipped hem in the back.  It packs easily making it perfect for my almost always black travel wardrobe.

Here I paired it with my favorite black Vince Camuto leggings, black B.O.C. boots and a black jacket from Old Navy.
